Pastoral counseling

Pastor Karen, a licensed psychotherapist and an associate pastor, is able to meet online or in-person with individuals, couples and/or families struggling with the following issues:

• Adjustment to new transitions in life stages and relationships
• Anxious and depressive symptoms
• Experience as a victim of intimate partner violence and trauma
• Experience as a victim of sexual abuse and trauma
• Grief and loss due to various life stages and circumstances
• Inattention and impulse control symptoms
• Mood swing symptoms
• Spirituality concerns
